At OFFCUTS by OFFICE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your unique purchase. If your footwear isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your footwear is unworn, in its original packaging, and within the 28-day return window from the date of receipt.

• 2.
  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, indicating the reason for the return and whether you require a refund.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely repackage your items and attach the returns label provided. Please note that return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Post and Tracking

  Drop your parcel off at any local Post Office and ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
